Its been a while since I last visited this site.
Life's good so far, I wanted to ask you guys if anyone faced a similar situation as I'm right now.
Me, my wife and son did landing in Dec 2015, I moved back to Canada last year september and my wife and kid landed last week.
Since we did not apply for SIN when we did landing, I took my wife and son to apply for SIN but when we went to Service Canada office, we were told that they cannot be issued a SIN number right away and we need to apply for paper based application which would take any where between 5 and 8 weeks.
Did anyone face similar issue?
