Recently, I have become permanent resident of Alberta since June 2020. I have been schooling and working in Alberta only since I moved to Canada in 2014. My SIN number starts with 7, which is kinda strange to me because according to what I understand, number 7 stands for B.C or Northwestern Territories while I suppose to get a number 6, which stands for Alberta.
Did anybody get into this situation before? What's your advice?
