My residency status recently changed from work permit to pr. When i applied fro new sin number, service canada sent a mail stating they are not able to validate information on my provided document [i.e. my confirmation of permanent residency). I neef to contact ircc to get a valid document or have ircc correct the record.
They didn't mention what record it is.
Has anybody experience similar situation and how did to resolve it?
