SIN card

We will be landing in London (final destination), however, the permanent address is in Toronto.
Is it fine that we apply for the SIN in London, and the address for the PR card is Toronto?
We will be leaving Canada before the PR card is out, therefore I do not want to have problems with securing the PRTD...

Maybe clarify what you mean landing in London Ontario as unless I am uninformed was not aware there are direct international flights to London Ont apart from seasonal charters, landings are completed at the first POE into Canada. Maybe you mean you are attending a CIC office ?

Having a SIN or not is irrelevant to getting a PRTD and as far as aware a SIN can be applied for from any Service Canada. If first POE is Toronto Pearson then Service Canada operates there albeit to restricted hours.

SIN is Canada wide service. So what province or city you happen to get your SIN, is completely irrelevant.

Our final destination is London On, connecting flight is through Toronto. We will stay in London On. for a month, and go back home finish our business and go back to London, for good. We do not have a permanent address in London, however, I do have someone I trust in Toronto to send me the PR card if it out before we go back to Canada. But will be working on getting a SIN from London. It would show on their system where we got the SIN from though, right?

London was our destination in the beginning in our file, would giving them a Toronto address for the PR card now be an issue? 9 we are connecting to London immediately)....

It's all Ontario. London or TO won't make a difference. When you go to service Canada (whatever office you choose) you'll have the SIN number before you leave.

It's completely irrelevant. You could get the SIN from Vancouver and it wouldn't make any difference.
