My mother has applied for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and we got our approval letter from Manitoba last month. We are preparing our application for the CIC now.
My question is, considering that the provincial nominee application in the CIC will probably take 9-12 months more to process, will it be okay if I apply for a student's visa simultaneously?
