Simplifies Application Process

I am afraid I am going to sounds rhetoric but I just wanted to confirm, so please bear with me. Thanks.

I am going to submit my application under federal Skilled Worker category. Under new rules I will only submit

1- IMM 0008 forms
2- Application fee bank draft

Thats it?

Which visa office you gonna apply? i think simplified application process no longer valid now, i'm not sure please serach on CIC website, i think now all applicants have to submit a complete application. Wait for some one else confirmation.

There are 4 forms (one more if you are using a representative and some of those 4 forms should be repeated for any dependents over 18 years of age).
cheque
2 address labels
copy of the bio page of the passport

Rupesh, what about simplified application process? its still valid for new applicants?

By the way, i presume that the OP is applying under FSW category 1.

I am applying under FSW Category 1 as I fall under the 38 work categories. So, is the simplified application process still valid as in

Step 1- Send the basic docs + fees to Sydney CIC
Step 2- Receive approval
Step 2- Submit complete documention

I am in United states on OPT(Optional Practical Training) I have One year full time paid experience as Java Consultant(Java Programmer).
Does this job title comes under Computer and Information Systems Professionals(Skill Level A)?
Can I apply for a Permanet Residency?
It seems only office at Buffalo accepts application for Permanent residency? But it does not accept Simplified Process applications..

What are the options I have to file Permanent Residency, If I am eligible.?
Regular process is the only way of applying to Permanent Residency?
