Does anyone know of a simplified guide to applications and documented proofs for Sponsor and Principal Applicant?
What I mean is something that will assist me to make a final check that I have everything in order before I send them in

Thanks in advance

You can use the checklists that you send with your application to make sure you've got all the right forms. As far as making sure they're filled out correctly, you'll have to do that for each one individually.

There's no comparable checklist for your relationship proofs, because everyone's relationship and documentation of that relationship are different, and there's no kind of proof that everyone is expected to send.

Thank you. Will do this!
:)

Also, it's a LOT of paper to print but I printed off "Guide 3900" and followed it line by line. Create a system for yourself where you are checking things off, so you are not necessarily going back and "double-checking" absolutely EVERYTHING.

Checkout the thread posted "How I organized our application and a summary of all helpful tips I learned"
It is excellent and covers everything.
