Simplified and fast track application dillema

Dear All,

I had already applied to CHC Singapore under simplified application on May 2007 and still waiting for the update document request.

Meanwhile, I think i am eligible for the new 38 occupation list. So i was planning to apply for this fast track thing within February 2010. I have two questions:

1) On the application, the one i am going to put now, it asks: "if i have ever applied for canadian immigration before". So what i should reply. I already applied under simplified version. So, will that be a YES?

2) For instance, if NS doesnt issue me an AOR, because they might not find my occupation or job duities completely matched with my claimed NOC 0111 - then will i have to answer YES to the question if they ask when i update my documents for earlier application that if i was ever rejected on an application?

Please help.

This is just my opinion and what I would do

1) i would say yes and follow it up with a letter explaining that you have a pending application.
2) I would say yes and follow it up with a letter explaining that you have a pending application.

That is only my opinion.
