Simple Question Regarding Visitor Extension for PR

Hello,
I'm in the process of doing my PR for Family Sponsorship with my Common-law Spouse. I'm In Canada as a visitor and need to extend my stay. For form IMM5708e to extend my stay, it asks the purpose of my visit.
I have the options:

a) Other
b) Family Visit
c) Visit

If I select Other, I'm asked to provide short few worded details. I'm confused here and I'm wondering whether I say I'm here to work on PR or just here as a visit. And if it's just a visit, do I do family visit since its my Common-law Spouse?

My understanding is that at this point, yes, say you are being sponsored by spouse. But then - don't dawdle and get the app in, don't delay.
