Simple But Urgent Doubt! Uploading Documents! Help

I have added 2 work experiences. One in Work History ( 1 year). Another my current job in personal history. Do I need to add proof for both of them? If YES, then where do I need to upload the proof for the job in the personal history, in Employment Records or Optional Documents?
