Be aware that sponsoring family can take a few years.

Your husband does not have a degree so your points will be lower with an accompanying spouse. It is really upto you. If you want to be with your husband throughout, then add him as an accompanying spouse and apply together and go to Canada together. If you are okay living apart then go with your higher points and then sponsor him. Sponsorship will take a year.

Keep in mind, your husband will still have to get a PCC and medical test done and you will have to show funds for him even if he is not accompanying you.
