Signing the form

For the background declaration form at the end there is a spot for the sponsors signature... Is that correct? As the sponsor i am supposed to sign it, even though my husband was the one to fill it out? There isn't a spot where it says for the applicant to sign.

The Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] is filled by the applicant - is that the form you are referring?

That's the form, I'm only seeing a grey section at the bottom that says sponsors signature. It doesn't have an option for applicant signature.

It does say declartion of the applicant, therefore the person being sponsored is suppose to sign it

Are you sure you have the right form number? My IMM 5669 says "declaration of applicant" next to the signature box.
