Significance of s.19(1) on CAIPS notes

Recently I got my CAIPS notes and discovered that s.19(1) was written in it. Kindly throw some light on this. What does this code means??

It should be the Type of Case which indicates 19(1).
The applicant has nothing to bother about such indications on their CAIPS notes.

Actually, Section 19 if the immigration act refers to criminal inadmisability to Canada. A google search will tell you what exactly it is under paragraph (1).
