Signatures for IMM5406

Hello,

At the end of the Document checklist where there is a double check for signatures on all the forms, the checklist states IMM5406 (Additional Family Information) has two signature checkboxes-


While the main form has a space for only one signature where the Principal Applicant is certifying at the end. There is no other space for any other signature nor it has been asked in the actual form. Then why it has been provided as a checkbox in the document checklist.

Can anyone help with this?

Because dependents (including children over 18) are required to fill and sign their own separate imm 5406
