Hi,

Quick question: Does my wife Type her name in the signature box on the computer?

It says "I agree by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application."

I was under the impression we must fill out Schedule A, validate, print, sign and date, scan and then upload.

Am I wrong in that?

r u sending by cic account or by ircc webform
if itz cic online account then u need to write the name in signature box.if u are sending by ircc webform then u need to print name,then print the form then handwriting signature just opposite to printed name .same thing if you are sending by mail.

the guidelines are different for cic online account and ircc webform or by mail.itz clearly mention in request letter.

Ok, but will it validate if she does not print her name in the signature box?

We will send through her CIC account

Seem to have validated without printing her name.

Is there suppose to be Barcodes as there was with other forms in the application?

she has to print her name in signature box in all ways only difference is handwritten signature in a signature box if sending by ircc webform or by mail.itz best just upload it through my cic account.just a electronic signature needed.

Should we just print name in and also sign just to be safe? Or is it certain electronic signature is fine?

Just follow the instructions. You don't need to print it.

yup read it request letter of imm5669 and PCC in your cic account. clearly mention there.just follow it.

Ok seemed to have figured it out. My wife looked into it and found instruction guide.
