Signature is different on all of my documents

My passport signature is my name and last name, my ID signature is my last name and name and my driving licence is my last name and first letter of my name. Which signature should I use when signing all the forms and how important it is to be same as any of there 3 documents?

I think it's best to use the signature that matches your passport.

By way of explanation, why not put ALL of your signatures on the same piece of paper and explain what each is comprised of as you have done here.
