Signature date?

Some supporting documents have dates AFTER the date that we wrote while signing the forms. Problem?
Should we reprint the forms and put in new dates?

Do we have to sign and date each additional sheet we attach with the main forms?

Do we need to sign and date cover letter?

I do not think you should. You acknowledging your responsibility of what is stated in any supporting information is implied. Signatures on forms are signatures to acknowledge certain legal clauses. Notice many forms do not require signatures.

Just to confirm,

Its okay to not sign additional sheets that we attached with forms? Its ok to not sign any cover letters we make for our application package?
