I wanted to ask regarding the 15 points for those having sibling with Canadian PR or citizenship with the new rules applicable from 6th of June. I have a sibling with the Canadian PR but he is not currently living in Canada. Would I be eligible for these 15 points after 6th June or would I only be eligible if he resides in Canada?
