I’m sponsoring my husband and he just received an email from immigration requesting criminal record of all his siblings. One of his sibling has a criminal record, would that affect my husband PR?

No it shouldn’t impact your husband unless the charges are related to things like terrorism where there may be concerns about family members sharing the same views.
