Sibling Travel

Dear Experienced Members!!

Kindly share your valuable inputs on my situation:

My brother in law, who is the only surviving member from my wife's family, has a valid visitor visa and had visited us in the past. Can he travel to Canada from India now? I know he doesn't fall under the exemption. please suggest alternatives so that he can travel and stay with us for some time.

There is no alternative given as you already seem aware he is not considered immediate family for the current travel exceptions. You will need to watch for the travel restrictions to be lifted, currently extended through end September.
