A scenario in the future...5-6 years down the road, if I become a canadian PR, can I sponsor my younger brother(he will be 24-25 years old by then) for canadian PR?

or can just spouse sponsor for something like this? i think only siblings below 21 years are allowed for sponsorship ?

or is it any 1 family member no matter what?

thank you :)

You can sponsor any 1 family member of any age (including their spouse/dependents), but only if you are single, no kids, no other family in Canada, and your parents are deceased.

If you don't fall under all those conditions, then you can't sponsor siblings no matter how old they are.

OKAY...not even under some PNP program or something? is this for all over canada or can there be some PNP programs or any other province program that allows this? thank you

You can certainly review all the PNP programs, however they are not direct paths where a Canadian can simply sponsor any family member they want. Your brother would still be required to qualify by having some skill/experience in a specific field the province is looking for. Having a relative already in Canada can help the process but is not the only factor.

Using a PNP program would also require you to move to that province in order for you to be allowed to be included in the application.
