I m claiming siblings point of my bro who is citizen of canada..but problem is that my bro has surname on his passport but I don't have.. though I have got visitor visa of Canada on our relations basis...how will I prove my relation with him in ITA ??

Your and his birth certificate which will prove that you have same parents.

Husband born in 1983 n his br in 1977. Both don't have birth certificates.
