Perfectly fine to leave the sibling out of your EE profile and OINP application.

But she had already shown it in EE profile

If now she will not show it in OINP application than will it be a misrepresentation ?becoz shez going to hide it from OINP guys

Yes exactly my question!

Will it not be a mis representation?

Or can we remove the sibling from our current EE profile?
Shown in EE profile and not gonna show to OINP then will create problem?

Make the changes in your EE profile now. No misrepresentation involved here.

Won't be misrepresentation. No province or federal authority can negatively discriminate against you on the basis of where your sibling chooses to reside. They can (and do) discriminate positively by giving you additional points if the sibling lives in Canada or in a certain province but they cannot penalize you. And you're completely free to not declare your sibling's current residential status if it makes no difference to your PR application - the OP already has 77 points so their sibling's residence in Canada is irrelevant to their PR application.

If you need 'adaptability' points based on your sibling's presence in Canada, there is no other way. If you don't need those 5 points, no reason to declare your sibling's residential status in Canada.

it will create a negative impact on VO mind that there bro is in sask but they choose oinp

will it create a negative impact on our intent to reside letter ?

No. Canada is a constitutional monarchy which gives its citizens and PRs enough freedom of speech, expression and mobility among other things. Your sibling can choose to live wherever they want and you can choose to live wherever you want. Ontario does not penalize you for having a sibling in another part of the country - that is NOT a negative.
