Sibling in Quebec

Hi,

My sibling in Quebec is a permanent resident. What sort of additional information the visa officer may request on plans to settle in Canada as Quebec is not a part of the FSW program?

CIC may ask to see the other person's proof of ID from which they can verify your parents' information.
They might as well ask for a proof of address.
In case of names/titles not matching, they might drag you down to do a DNA test too!
