I just got an ITA today with a 516 score. I got a +15 bump bc my brother is a PR. He's been to Canada twice and has his PR card but doesn't live here full time. He helped me a bunch with my tuition at post-secondary in Canada so I'd let him stay at my place for free as family does. The PR application asks for proof of residence so I'm wondering -- if we show a roommate agreement would that work? He was not physically present in Canada on the day of the draw so I'm wondering if that would have any impact. Thankful for any advice

You can't claim the points if he's not living in Canada. You need to decline ITA.

He needs to show actual proof he is residing in Canada like tax returns, utility bills, proof of employment, etc.
