Hello there.

I have my LOA from an institute, my parents suggested that it'll be better if my twin brother comes along (separate study permit) who is also interested in studying another course possibly from the same institute. The reason being is that my parents are stating that it'll be easier for us to rent, transport, (Yes! Got news that from September they'll try max to have classes on-site no more online), and, other misc stuff if we're together till our study time elapses. I have a few queries regarding this:

1- On my imme5645e, should I put "YES" at accompanying me, his in-take isn't 100% sure yet, the institute said he's eligible for September 2021 in-take, but he could differ to Jan 2022 intake as well.
2- Would this affect the chances of my visa getting rejected? We do have strong ties to our current residential country -- and we honestly do intend to return and follow all the legalities but still how would the VO know?
3- If he decides for Jan 2022, wouldn't his chances reduce as I would be there and it'll look bad sorta? idk.
4- Could I just clarify in either case that this could happen in my Letter of Intent / SOP?

Thank you so much for your time.

1. NO. He is your twin brother not a spouse or children. He need his separate application but you both need to fill details of each other in family informAtion form

2. It is VO assessment based on your profile. I know twin brothers got SP to study in the UK

3. he will be assessed separately depending on his profile and if he meet conditions to be granted SP

4. You dont have to include details about your twin in your SOP, not necessary. He has no records with the Immigration-CAN

all the best
