Should we show property(Land,Plot) while filing for canada for 1st time or not?

hlo frnds! I am little bit confused about whether to show property value or not? as the consultant i am applying through hasn`t mentioned about it,but everyone else say it is better to show property you own in your home country while applying for visa!
Pls give your views!

You want to apply for SP, not visitor visa, so what's more important to show: good grades or million dollar property? All you need CAD 10000 + 1st year tuition fees.

Just show your parents income proof, thats enough, illiquid assets are useless for them
