Should we only disclose information for which we claim points ?

If we dont put an information in EE profile which is true but we did not claim points for that, should we add that information or just skip it in the final file.
For eg: I didnt put any education for spouse since we didnt have her ECA done.
or I have worked part time in a skilled job in Canada while I was a student but IRCC does not count any experience while you were studying in Canada.

So should we disclose this type of information or just skip it completely ?

That kind of information if you don't claim points need to go to personal history, you don't put it in work history or education.
