Should we mention About sibling in Canada

Hey guys

So I’ve been studying in Canada for 2 years now and my brother just got admission in a college so my dad will be applying for his visa. My questions are, should he mention anything about me in his sop? Like the form has been changed and now there are no forms for information about siblings or relatives in Canada. So they are not really asking about it. But should we still mention it? Also will it effect his visa process?
Second question is, does the method of application effect the visa process? Like is applying on paper better than applying online or vice versa?
Also he’s a minor (he’s 17) so will this have any effect?

No need to mention sibling if its not asked in forms, make sure you are filling the correct form for your country.

He will need a custodian who is a Canadian citizen or PR since he is under 18.

Look at the paper based instructions for your country it will be explained there.
