Brill it depends on ur visa office, you have to follow visa office intructions where it'll state what to be notarised/certified, what to be sent as original and what to be sent as photocopies only. Example for london, they asks for degree transcripts in sealed envelopes, notarised educational docs./ certificates, employment contracts etc.

You need to submit the notarized degrees, Transcripts sealed in university envelope are good enough evidence of university attestation
