should New baby born delays initial application?

Hi Guys,

I was all prepare to send my initial application to CIC NS from USA.
Last week, baby boy born to us in USA.
Do you think it will delay my application as I don't have his passport yet? Is there any other way out if I want to include him in the application without delaying?

For your query... Plz feel free to submit the apps asap. For the Baby's pp write 'applied' or 'yet to obtain'. That'd suffice.
