Should mention rejection for other countries while applying canada visitor visa?

My parents got visitor visa rejection for usa last year.

Now i want to apply visit visa for them to canada. Should i mention that they got rejected to usa visitor visa when applying for canada visitors visa.

Yes. You must. If you do not- it is a misrepresentation , and you could be banned from entering to Canada for couple of years if not more.
