i am on PGWP.
i got 1 year work experience in noc 2171
before getting this job i worked in tim hortons for more than a year on my work permit.
now in my application should i include that i have worked in timhortons in past jobs...or else only noc 2171 experience is fine....because my NOA shows more tax paid...not going to match if i keep only 2171 experience..

I believe you have to include work experience gained for the last 3 years. However, only your skilled experience will count towards your application. Also, in one of the forms they will ask which job your applying under, there you will mention your current NOC code. Others may have a different view, but the form clearly asks to list work experience gained for the past 3 years.

True.... in WORK EXPERIENCE you have to enlist EVERYTHING....

Reference letter from your current employer should be fine since that is the experience you are using to qualify for CEC. Just mentioning previous employers should be fine. I did the same when I submitted my application.

You need reference letters from the employers that qualify for your CEC application.

In my case I had more than 4 years of experience but I only submitted reference letters for the employers of the last 3 years (less letters, less contact, less work for me!). For me it was 3 years, so read carefully which employers you should ask for reference letters.
