Should I wait to submit profile?

Hi,

I am looking for some advice in regards to submitting my profile.

My current job within a management role has been just under 3 years. To max out points should I wait until the3 years has been reached?

2 previous roles to this (different NOC from above) accumulate to over 3 years. I have an additional previous role, again different NOC that spanned 4 years.

Apply now, your 3 years of work experience don't have to be in the same NOC.

Just make sure you can get the necessary work references required for all the experience you are claiming points for.
