Should i Update my pgwp application after receiving BC provincial nomination?

Hello everyone,

I submitted my PGWP application in January, and it is under process currently. At that time, I answered "no" to a question asking if I have received a provincial nomination.
Last week, I got BC PNP.
Should I update this in my PGWP application?
If yes, how?
