Should I submit it now or wait for email?

Hi everyone. I submitted my PR application last year but didn't include police certificates for the countries I lived. I only submitted the one from here (Canada). I just got my police certs recently. I'm just wondering if I can submit it already for them to attach it to my application or should I wait for them to email me that they need it?

Did you submit electronically or by mail?
If electronic, I’m surprised they haven’t rejected it by now. Send them ASAP.
If by mail, wait for them to request.
