should i scan the all the pages of my passport or not? pls help

i applied for permanent residency i am under canadian experience class (cec).... there is one thing that i cant understand about the passport scanning some said everything including blank pages and some said just the page with stamp...which is it really? hope everyone can give me some advice because i only scanned the bio pages of my passport..pls and thank you...

In my case I scanned bio page, page with my signature and for safe side five blank pages.(because I have not any stamped pages).

I also attached pages from my previous expired passport for the safe side.

We only scanned the bio pages of each passport and it was fine. My husband had multiple stamps having travelled back and forth to Canada for 18mths along with various stamps from the Middle East and South America and we still weren't asked for copies of the pages/stamps.
