Should I put down jobs that are paid cash (didnt claim tax) in Personal Activity

i had one summer odd job (for two months) few years ago that was paid cash and thus i didnt claim tax for it, should i put it down in the Personal History as Employment? Will IRCC be able to check it through CRA?

Since you are not claiming any points for it, you wont have to provide any information about the job so there is no harm in adding it in personal history.

If you worked illegally or under the table, I wouldnt mention it either way as there is nothing to gain from including it.

Just make sure that your timeline is complete and doesnt have any gaps.

what i am concerned about is if I put it in personal history is that if they see on my T4s that I didnt claim tax for that particular job, will i get into trouble? It's paid through cash but I was legally entitled to work that time
