Hello Friends/Seniors,

I am in little confusion...for my Wife's application.
Her Profession is on the demand list and with her last employer she is working from March 2008 and she went on Pregnancy Leave on Sept'08 to Dec'08.
The one year continous expreince which is mandatory will cover the Pregnancy Levae or not.

During this period i have filed my application where i have not given her Professional details as she was on leave.

As my profession is not on the list,can she applied with a new application where she will be Primary applicant.

We both are not living together as i am working in other state,but we are happliy married with a small daughter,i used to visit them in the weekends.

Will it be a issue?

Dear Mr. Singh,

1. As ur prof is not on the 38 list, ur apps will not materialize.
2. Ur spouse's apps is perfectly fine. She can apply as the PA.
3. The maternity leave is of no consequence, until she continues to be under the same employment.
4. Both of u not living together is not an issue, until there is a decree of seperation.
