Should I mark 2 Years or 1 Year Work experience in the form? (T4 Question)

I have worked 2 years full time, but for the year 2010 my employer didn't issue T4 for me. But I do have T4 for 2011.
When I am filling the application, should I check the box which says "2 Years of Experience & more" or 1 year of experience?

Cause just I don't have a T4, that year would not count?

P.s: anyway, don't they only require 1 year of experience for post graduation work permit, why then does matter 1 year of xp or 2 years of xp?

Select the number of years of experience that you have. The checklist only ask for the most recent T4.
