Should I have to show my part-time Job too?

Hello Guys,

I have a full-time day job as a Graphic Designer (NOC 5241) and
I do part time at a restaurant as a Cashier- 22hours a week. (NOC 6611)
should I have to show that I am doing part time as well in my Express Entry
profile?

You don't have to, not on the profile. It will not add any points if you are doing the job simultaneously with a full-time job. Moreover, cashier is not a skilled occupation.

Later, if you get the ITA and complete the eAPR, then you have to include it in your complete employment history.
