I'm from Japan. 23 years old. Currently, I'm working for Computer programmer in Tokyo.
I used to live in Canada for a year by Working Holiday which wasn't enough for me.
I'm planning to go to College in Toronto for Computer programmer major from 2020.
I know it depends on how my skill is and personality and opportunity there.
My plan is that I would like to go to College first and then to get a Visa after that I will work for same job as a programmer in Toronto at least 3 years then I want to study bachelor of the Computer science for 2 years with college's credit.
My questions are
1, Is it possible to get a job in a year after graduation of college?
2, Is it possible to study university for 2 years with experiences and college's credits? I need to get a Bachelor.
I love Canadian and people who live there.
Thank you.

1. Yes, it is possible to get a job in a year after graduating. Whether you will or won't is impossible to say, but it is possible.
2. Why don't you apply for a Bachelors program directly?

1, Thank you for answering my question

2, I already have experiences for programmer in Japan and I don't want to study it in a row.
So I want to go to college first then I would like to work for full time job at the same time, I will study at the university for part time.
