Should I declare my Religious Name in the "Have you ever used any other name" form question?

I'm applying for a visitor visa for a quick 2-week travel to Canada. For filling the form at https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5257e.pdf I would like to know if my spiritual name Bhavamitra (that I use in social networks) should be used in the Given Name section in "Have you ever used any other name" section. This name is like a nickname without any legal registration.
