Should I contact WES?

Hi all, wanted to get an opinion on the above question. I sent my Australian CA to be assessed by WES. The status changes from 'Awaiting documents' to 'Evaluation In Progress' on 29 Dec. I was thinking I should contact WES if I do not hear by 15 January. Do you think this is wise? Or should I wait longer?

It usually takes about 3-4 weeks for evaluation. We did it twice, and processing time was almost the same for both assessments. Just be patient
