Should I ask for deferral of admission or just register my courses again?

My study permit got rejected so I had to postpone my studies, ahould apply for deferral of admission or just aimply ignore that and register my courses then reapply for visa for another study period?

Registering for courses will affect you academic record in case you're application is rejected the second time. It'll appear on your transcript and fees will not be refunded.

I will drop the courses for this semester ofcourse so no fees are required, also I don't think an empty first semester will affect my record alot will it?
