I have CRSscore of 394 and done my bachelors degree in Accounting in 2019. After that 2 years work experience in same field. With that my brother is a PR in Canada (Alberta) since 2018. Should I apply for my PR? If yes then under which program? Please guide

Only if your NOC is selected and Alberta doesn't publish NOCs. Your score is low for EE.
