I recently received an invitation for PR under express entry category. I am in Canada on a work-permit at the moment, and my fiance is in Canada as well on a study permit. We are not married yet.
Should I wait for my PR application process to finish and then marry and apply for her PR or it'll be faster if we do court marriage while my PR is being processed and file for her application as well?
Could someone please guide me through the process as this is something very important and I would not want to mess it up. Please help.
