Should I add my son?

I am currently a temporary resident in Canada (work permit) and my son had been born last 4th January. He is a Canadian Citizen, we have his birth certificate and so on.


I got an ITA some days ago, should I add my son to the Permanent Residence application?

If I add him, the forms ask about a passport number or a national id number =/
