Shopping for Mortgage after pre-approval and credit score

Hi, I have got a pre-approval from RBC for a mortgage 3 weeks ago. I now have finalized a property and want to shop for a better rate. Does my credit score take a hot everyone time a bank assess my application?

I had the same experience, but the consultants at Sunderland helped me improve my rating. They were the first ones to figure out why I had a low rating. I ordered my credit history and looked at it with them, looking for mistakes or fraudulent loans, looking for delinquencies as well - and on which loans. Once everything was corrected, it was already easier and quicker to get a second mortgage.
