Shifting From Toronto to Edmenton

I want to ask about the prerequisite of shifting from one province to another what is the needed papers and steps to be taken, I landed in Toronto the first time I came to Canada and I left Canada after that just I was visiting in vacations now I want to move to Canada permanently but I don’t want to stay in Toronto I want to stay in Edmonton so please let me know the steps to take and what kind of papers needed from me.

You don't need to do anything. As a PR, you can live wherever you want in Canada.

Thank you for your reply , but i want to register there and then later on apply for citizen from there, so is there any process to be followed for the same just i want to prepare for it before i go there.

What do you mean by "register"?

As I said previously, you can live wherever you want in Canada. You can move around Canada as much as you want. Once you qualify for citizenship, you can apply, doesn't matter where in Canada you are living.
